If you have garbage friends that use you and only remember you when they need something from you THROW THEM!
If you have garbage thoughts that make you weak and are stopping you from reaching your goals THROW THEM!
If you have garbage habits that are very unhealthy or makes you procrastinate (e.g. watching TV for 10 hours a day, drinking alcohol a lot, focusing on lives of other people, eating unhealthy foods) THROW THEM!
We should keep our mind and body healthy so that we can achieve our goals faster than we expect. It is hard to throw away these garbages in our lives at first but once we learn how to do it, we can change our lives dramatically and we will achieve the things that we never expect to come into our lives.
